I. Around
[Tertiary settlement, Horizon]
Link may be a quiet and somewhat solitary soul when left to his own devices, but he is keeping himself busy. Having proven himself a capable cook and errand-boy among the people of the tertiary settlement, he can sometimes be found fishing, foraging, chopping wood, and fixing up homes during the days he is 'home.' In the evenings, find him passing out portions of way too much stew or pie bubbling away over the fire - the tantalizing aromas of abundant food are enough to lure in neighbors and visitors alike.
After the evening meal, Link spends the rest of the night meditating before a carving of the goddess Hylia. He might be in his shabby house, or - if the weather is mild and clear - somewhere outside and secluded. It may be best to leave him be, but a touch might send you to the Horizon.
II. On the road again
[Primary & secondary settlements and between]
He is also quite the prolific traveler. Even those who have settled in primary and secondary settlements are liable to catch sight of him while he travels between them, tasked with delivering messages and wares or volunteering to escort other travelers. Especially after Eifstide, the services of a known monster-slayer are in high demand on these wildnerness roads.
Sometimes he'll show his face in the market, awkwardly hawking smoked fish or baskets of oranges or breadrolls on behalf of some ailing neighbor or another. With no hope of competing against the loud voices of the beckoning professionals surrounding him, Link usually opts for a more direct method: stepping directly in front of anyone who strays too close to stare (usually up) at them, sample in hand, with the most earnest eyes he can muster.
"Try some? It's good."
He isn't lying! Spend any time observing him and you'll notice he snacks on more than he sells.
III. A better way to fish
[The shores of Solvunn]
"Hyah!"
With a snap, something like an electrical storm crackles over a small expanse of water just off the shorns of Solvunn, powerful enough to give you an unpleasant jolt if you happened to stand in its path. Fortunately, it's magic, not natural electricity - it dissipates quickly before spreading too far.
It's more than capable of stunning a fish, however.
The lightshow is followed by a splash, as one mostly nude elf dives into the water to begin fetching the belly-up fish and tote them to the shore, where a basket awaits him.
IV. Wildcard!

@sanc
He isn't the greatest of teachers. It's trial and error at first, because he doesn't even remember how he was taught, and he still hesitates to stand too close or touch her too much when he's helping her find her stance. For all his awkwardness, however, Link has faith that Relena will figure it out from what he can show her. Maybe - just a little - because she still reminds him of Princess Zelda, a brilliant archer in her own right... but also because Relena doesn't strike him as the type to back down from something she's put her mind to.
"Nock your arrow, aim first, then pull back," Link finds himself clarifying something once again, demonstrating with a simple longbow that's identical to hers.
If only he had paid more attention in Rito Village when Teba was training his son... but then again, maybe a Rito's feathered hands and taloned feet wouldn't translate well to Hylian - or human - anatomy anyway.

"Oh." He stares right back down, before reaching to pluck the sample from Link's hand. "Well, thank you."
