Mine was blocked for several days though it's been returned now. I can see why they'd continue that restriction on prisoners but... if you're here for the same reason we are it makes little sense to do so.

( and that frown doesn't ease, zelda becoming more perplexed the more that she hears )

What do you call it if not magic?

I mean, some people do call it magic, or call the people who can do it wizards or sorcerers, but that's not what I was taught to call it.

My teachers called it Force wielding, or using the Force. And the Force is...everything. The energy that binds reality together.

[He shrugs] I guess what the people here, and you, call magic could just be another way of tapping into that energy. The tradition I was taught in there was, um, a lot of emphasis on sensing and feeling through the Force.

It sounds similar to how magic is described at least. It could be the same, or perhaps similar energies that are manipulated in different ways.

( historically there had been different ways to use and channel magic, to cast with it )

Have you felt any difference in being cut off whilst you've been here, any lessening of that?

[He lets out a sharp 'hah' of laughter.]

No. Whatever they did when I got here, it's effective and doesn't seem to be going away.

I should have been able to tell there was someone new to me on this floor, before I heard your footsteps, much less saw you.

Then whatever their methods are they're in control of.

( she's known several previously but without really searching wouldn't be able to identify any )

I'm hoping to find someone to speak to, for answers, to see why people are here. It won't be the guards but... there isn't an obvious reason why you're here.

[Ezra spreads his hands.]

I don't have any solid ideas. I didn't attack anyone here, or even make any threats. Even if I'd wanted to, I was pretty disoriented. A number of the prisons seem like they're younger than me.

[He scowls.] Kids, really.

( though once she's finished talking to him she'll be certain to look at the other cells if there are potentially other children as well )

Considering you were able to use-- your Force wielding it isn't power related. Were more people brought here than they expected?

[He considers.]

Maybe. Seems likely, even. But it doesn't explain why they're treating us as dangerous. They could pile us into this space without actually locking us up. Or simply cut us loose.

There are... hypotheticals though they're ones that I wouldn't like to guess at.

( variations in memories, time loops. perhaps in a different time line some of these people had been dangerous? though this outcome wouldn't help in the long run )

It's an answer to be confirmed. One we'd all like to have.

I guess we'll have to wait and see what their actions confirm.

There's not much I need. [His connection to the Force restored he at least wants very badly, but he knows she can't give him that.]

If they tell you more about what they want you for, maybe those of us here can....argue our case somehow. Volunteer?
