Hello! We're at the point where our characters are going into Hayle (thread here) and since I'm not sure how you guys will want to interact with this, I figured I'd hand it over so we can get started on working things out.
In summary: after hiding in the caves and stretching out their food supply as much as possible they started roughing it down the mountainside, eventually ending up on the border of Hayle. We're currently at the part where they've paused there to discuss plans, but through some OOC discussion we've worked out that they are going to enter the city using their blankets as cloaks to hide their prison clothes (and in Estinien and Himeka's case to hide their weird features) to try to get some supplies.
**LAST EDIT I SWEAR: Actually we have a burst of threading this afternoon and got them to the point where they are all entering the city. Eponine is going first, Estinien is following a distance after, and then Himeka is following him. Estinien and Himeka will be hiding in alleyways in stuff while Eponine does her business, communicating back to them with auditory signals.
Eponine: Is going to spearhead the attempt to try to steal a hunting knife and something that could be used as a cooking pot. She's sneaky, used to stealing, and tends to blend in as the type of poor person that others would rather ignore. She's the one that is actually going to be getting closer to locals because she looks like a normal human. When they eventually get caught she is going to try to play the victim and blame Estinien with some sort of tale about how he forced her to do it. She will try to run and make it difficult for them, though.
Himeka: Is driven to try to speak to locals and get assistance from them, but Estinien has talked her down to getting a lay of the city first. When they are confronted by guards she will be inclined to resist but will also be mindful in avoiding getting anyone hurt as a result, whether that be civilians or Estinien/Eponine.
Estinien: Is very wary about approaching anyone or letting themselves be seen any more than necessary, but he's compromising enough with Himeka to at least attempt to have a look around. He's covering his ears and has his shovel/some sharp crystals with him. When faced with guards trying to capture any of them he is going to choose violence and attempt to subdue them (mostly by hitting them with his stolen shovel) and will be disinclined to surrender.
In terms of information from the mods it would be helpful to get a little information about Hayle and to know what sort of situation/punishment they'll be facing as a result based on the info above.
For Estinien I'm open to any kind of harsh punishment (and he'll be trying to take the fall as the ringleader of this escape, though Himeka won't let him without a fight) as long as it doesn't get him killed/make him completely unplayable for the next event. My long-term goal is to get Estinien as pissed off at Thorne as possible because it will make a great plot arc for him when he's eventually freed. Rosie and Freya are down for whatever punishment-wise, too.
