Viktor can tell that he's almost there--it's just going to take a little more convincing for him to break down Jayce's defenses. The good news is that he's more prepared for this than ever, and he's feeling bold, when it comes to making Jayce do what he wants. It helps that he's so thoroughly exhausted.

Although he has his doubts, because they don't know what this is or what it's doing or how much more taxing it will get, Viktor isn't about to let Jayce shoulder any of this alone.

"Then, we'll handle it together." Viktor is fairly confident that he's not going to drop dead without any warning. If it does get worse, all the more reason to allow Jayce to regain some of his strength. "We're a team, aren't we? Let me do this with you."
