Not that she imagines anyone who's been kidnapped to this place is, but it still stands out to her. This is the sort of person that, should she see him on the sidewalk late at night, she'd start faking a phone call and have her keys in her free hand. Except they're not on an empty street late at night, they're in her bedroom. Their bedroom, she supposes. Whoever came up with rooming arrangements apparently hadn't been paying much attention to the fine details.
"I'm the only one I've seen so far," she responds, after giving the newcomer a once over. She stays where she's seated, hands tightly gripped together in her lap. "I'm Nadine. Are you...staying here, too?"
