This world has way too many centuries of history under its belt. Perhaps danger is to have always been expected, though I'm not sure what our being here is meant to herald. We're treated as something given to Solvunn by the will of the gods, but the purpose of the Summoned is different in other factions.

Perhaps we're just a means to an end, or a way to showcase that each faction has some leverage.
