Who: Goro, Cloud & various fine people of Solvunn
What: The Free Cities sends its delegation to Solvunn's Primary settlement to confirm the story about what happened on Eifstide. Goro attends in an observatory role to learn and not at all to further his plans for war, but as a personal request has a certain troubled guard disliked by the rest of his unit attached to the delegation as well, surely for no ulterior motive whatsoever.
Where: The delegation departs from Cadens, portaling to just outside the Primary Settlement before being invited into the Settlement itself.
When: Beginning to the early middle-ish of February
