( the sudden change from one territory to another was jarring. nikolai wasn't a particularly huge fan of thorne but it was what he'd become accustomed to so deciding on a change, wanted or not, was still throwing him.
solvunn reminded him a little of some of the outer edges of ravka, untouched by the goings on in the castle and open and spacious. there's still plenty of settlements and such but it's nothing like ravka, nothing like thorne.
nikolai isn't one to be idle so he's been trying his best to help out where he can. whether that means ferrying supplies, helping people, repairing things or, today, trying his hand at farming, he's doing it.
is he good at it? well, that's still up in the air. right now, he's trying his damndest because he knows he has an audience but he's not paying attention to her. he's busy, shovel in hand, trying to work the dirt.
the king of ravka, trying to do...something. hm.

What: Ciri accidentally causes some chaos and summons a number of weird bugs and creepy plant monsters that will need exterminating before they wreak further havoc on the livestock.

(( Feel free to use this post as a mingle-style log! Ciri will be running around trying to take care of the problem she caused, but tagging others or making your own TL is encouraged! hmu @ lenafish on discord with any questions.
There are about a dozen creatures in total, and they're not too difficult to kill, but they're quite fast and annoying. Squishing them causes an unpleasant stench. If anyone tries to capture and keep any instead, they'll find that the creatures simply vanish within a few hours. They could definitely do some damage before then though, if not disposed of quickly! ))
